What is the email address to contact someone at GM (General Motors)?

I need an email address for General Motors that allows more than 1000 characters to be sent, and I cannot find one! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind, GM is a massive company, so it appears the system they have in place should properly channel your question or idea through to the right people there.
