Has anyone been on a Southwest Airlines ramp interview lately?
If so what was it like? My husband worked for Northwest Airlines for 17 years on the ramp and has a "group" interview with Southwest Airlines next week. He is wondering what the process is like.

- The group interview is the first of three steps in getting hired onto Southwest. As soon as you walk in the door for the group you are being evaluated. Be sure and dress sharp, bring a smile, and have the ability to stand up and talk about your past history. Also, you maybe asked to stay for 1 on 1 interviews if they have time so be prepared with your resume and your application filled out to perfection. One last tip: be sure and learn about the history of Southwest Airlines
